These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the erek01 platform. By creating an account or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to every clause set out below. Please read this document carefully before proceeding.
These six areas form the core of erek01's Terms & Conditions. Each is addressed in full in the legal document below.
You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to open an account on erek01. One account per person; duplicate accounts are prohibited and subject to immediate closure.
All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Deposits are credited instantly; withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes to 1 hour during WIB business hours. erek01 charges no fees.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and time limits published with each offer. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play are subject to specific terms before withdrawal is permitted.
Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Identity verification (KYC) is required before the first withdrawal. erek01 reserves the right to suspend accounts pending verification.
Collusion, bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, use of automated bots, and any form of fraud are strictly prohibited. erek01 reserves the right to void bets and close accounts where prohibited conduct is identified.
erek01 is not liable for losses arising from service interruptions, third-party payment delays, or force majeure events. Players acknowledge that gambling carries financial risk and participate voluntarily.
Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Member") and erek01 ("the Company", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of this document, you must not use the erek01 platform.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise.

| "IDR" / "Rp" | Indonesian Rupiah — the sole currency accepted on the Platform. All displayed amounts, deposit minimums, and payout values are expressed in IDR. |
| "WIB" | Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7) — the default time zone applied to all erek01 operational schedules, draw times, and business hours unless otherwise stated. |

Access to the erek01 Platform is restricted. To open and maintain an account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuous basis:
21+ Age Restriction: Gambling is restricted to adults. You must be 21 or older to register and play on erek01. Attempting to circumvent the age restriction constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and may be reported to relevant authorities.
To access any real-money features of the Platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and telephone number. You represent and warrant that all information provided is truthful and that you will promptly update your account details if they change.
Each Member is permitted to hold exactly one (1) account on the erek01 Platform. Registering or attempting to register multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, phone number, device, IP address, or payment method — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. erek01 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any associated bets, and forfeit all balances without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials. You must not share your login details with any third party. erek01 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify erek01 support immediately.
You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance remaining will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method. Bonus Balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
erek01 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme in accordance with its international licensing obligations and anti-money-laundering (AML) commitments.
All Members must complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal request is processed. erek01 also reserves the right to request verification at any time, including where deposits exceed specified thresholds or where account activity triggers an AML review.
KYC documents are reviewed within 1–3 business days (WIB). You will be notified by email once your verification is approved or if additional documentation is required. Withdrawal requests submitted before KYC approval is confirmed will be held in a pending state until verification is complete.

erek01 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment channels:
All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). erek01 does not accept cryptocurrency, foreign currency transfers, or third-party payment processors not listed above.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are displayed on the Platform and may vary by payment method, member tier, and promotional period. erek01 reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at its sole discretion with reasonable notice to affected members.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by erek01 are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, in addition to these General Bonus Terms. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence for that offer only.
Unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise, the following default wagering rules apply to all bonus credits:
erek01 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Practices including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing opposing bets across accounts to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome (bonus hedging), and systematic exploitation of promotional terms are strictly prohibited. erek01 reserves the right to void all bonuses and associated winnings, close accounts, and recover any funds already withdrawn where bonus abuse is identified.
All bonuses carry an expiry date specified in the individual promotion terms. Bonus Balances and any associated wagering requirement that remain incomplete at the time of expiry will be forfeited automatically. erek01 does not extend bonus expiry periods under normal circumstances.
Transparency Commitment: erek01 publishes complete wagering requirements, eligible game lists, minimum odds, and expiry dates for every promotion before you claim. If any promotion terms are unclear, contact our support team before claiming the offer.
All sports bets on erek01 — including football (BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, AFF Cup, FIFA World Cup), badminton (Indonesia Open, All England, Thomas Cup, Uber Cup), basketball, volleyball, MotoGP (Mandalika circuit), and E-sports (Mobile Legends MPL, PUBG Mobile, Free Fire) — are subject to the individual sport's betting rules displayed on the Platform. Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to win for the bet to return a payout; one losing selection voids the entire accumulator.
Live casino games are operated by licensed third-party studios including Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live. Game results are final once confirmed by the live dealer. Technical disconnections during a live game round that result in the game completing without the Member's participation will be resolved according to the game studio's published disconnection policy; erek01 will implement the studio's resolution automatically.
All slot and RNG-based games use certified Random Number Generators independently audited for statistical fairness. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages are accurate and reflect long-term statistical averages across millions of rounds — they do not guarantee any specific session outcome. erek01 does not manipulate individual game outcomes.
Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw results are sourced from the official draw organisations for each pool (Singapore, Hong Kong, Sydney). Results are published on the Platform immediately after each official draw. Prize calculations are automatic and final. Disputes regarding draw results must be raised within 24 hours of result publication.
erek01 reserves the right to void any bet where: the odds or game result were affected by a technical error; the event was cancelled or abandoned; the bet was placed in a manner that constitutes prohibited conduct under Clause 8; or where the Platform erroneously published incorrect odds due to a manifest error. In the case of a void bet, the original stake is returned to the Member's Real Money Balance.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the erek01 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of all bets and bonuses, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to relevant legal authorities:
Zero Tolerance: erek01 employs automated fraud detection and human review teams operating continuously. Prohibited conduct is identified and acted upon promptly. Accounts found to be in breach will be permanently closed with no right of reinstatement.
All content on the erek01 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software code, game interfaces, odds data, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of erek01 or its licensed content providers. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, published, displayed, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or modified in any form without the prior written consent of erek01.
The erek01 name, logo, and associated brand assets are registered or unregistered trademarks of the Company. Unauthorized use of erek01 trademarks — including in domain names, social media handles, or promotional materials — is strictly prohibited and will be enforced.
erek01 is committed to protecting the personal data of its members. The collection, storage, use, and sharing of your personal information is governed in full by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference.
By registering an account, you consent to erek01 processing your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, customer support, and — where you have opted in — promotional communications. You may withdraw marketing consent at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

erek01 strives to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, unscheduled technical issues, or Force Majeure events. erek01 is not liable for any loss — including loss of potential winnings — arising from service unavailability.
Gambling inherently involves the risk of financial loss. By participating on the Platform, you acknowledge that you may lose some or all funds deposited. erek01 is not liable for any gambling losses incurred through legitimate play on the Platform. You are solely responsible for all betting decisions made through your account.
erek01 is not liable for delays, errors, or failures caused by third-party payment processors, banks, e-wallet providers, internet service providers, or game studios. Where a third-party failure results in a transaction issue, erek01 will make reasonable efforts to resolve the matter but cannot guarantee specific timelines beyond its own control.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, erek01's total liability to any Member in connection with their use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total Real Money Balance held in that Member's account at the time the claim arises.
erek01 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, erek01 will provide reasonable notice via a notification on the Platform, by email to the address registered on your account, or both.
Continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure. The version of the Terms in effect at the time of any dispute shall govern that dispute.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which erek01 holds its international gaming license. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Indonesian law.
In the event of a dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform, erek01 encourages you to contact our support team in the first instance. Our team will endeavor to resolve all complaints fairly and promptly. If a resolution cannot be reached through our internal complaints process, the matter may be referred to the dispute resolution body designated by our licensing authority.
erek01 maintains detailed records of all transactions, bets, account activities, and communications. These records will be treated as conclusive evidence in any dispute resolution process unless a manifest error can be demonstrated by the Member.
